Until several months ago, there was a youth club at Mellor Village Hall on Sunday evenings for young people from age 11 years upwards.

In order to reopen this valuable facility, Mellor Community Association  is looking for some local adults who are interested in running a new club for two hours on Sundays from around 6pm.

Equipment is available for use, including a play station, TV and table games, and there are several rooms including a sports hall. The volunteers would have ownership of the initiative, with the MCA’s involvement relating mainly to the premises.

Expressions of interest should be made by email or telephone to Carol Wood at: wood_59@hotmail.co.uk Telephone: 01254 812871
